Google+ is basically trying to create a social network.
The main purpose of Google+ is that to make every thing socially compatible like Google maps , Picasa , Gmail etc .Google+ experience so that you don't have to sign into different services to share your photos and let your mates know what you're up to.
Each Google+ profile will base upon different sort of Stream, which is almost the same thing as Facebook's news feed - where all of your information and updates from your friends are standing up and constantly updated. That Stream has four core elements or you can say four major elements that are Circles, Hangouts, Huddle and Sparks - with Google hinting that these are the starting block for future developments.
Google+ can currently only be accessed with a special Field Trial invitation, which Google has been sending out at random to Gmail users. There's no set date for a full launch, but we would guess that it won't be too long before Google+ goes live to everyone. In the meantime, you can check out the demo, as long as you have a Google ID.
